The operating weight of the Komatsu PC200-8 excavator is 19900~21990kg, and the standard bucket capacity is 0.8 cubic meters. Komatsu-8 series excavators have been replaced with electronic injection engines. It adopts the more powerful SAA6D107E-1 4-stroke 6-cylinder high-pressure common rail electronic injection engine, and the parallel-arranged heat dissipation device effectively avoids overheating and ensures high reliability and durability. The sturdy body has higher reliability and achieves low consumption and high efficiency.
In terms of hydraulic system, PC200-8 is equipped with the CLSS hydraulic system independently developed by Komatsu. The full name of the CLSS hydraulic system is the closed load sensing system, which consists of a variable pump, a multi-way control valve, a load sensing valve and a hydraulic pump control valve. The hydraulic system has the advantages of good composite operability, precise movement, and the excavation force is not affected by the load.
Komatsu PC200-8 excavator adopts a spacious cab, a tubular cross-section structure cab frame, strong durability and impact resistance, and a 7-inch large-screen LCD monitor; it comes standard with a suspended seat with adjustable seat height and vertical position. The driver can set the appropriate operating posture of the armrest and console. The car also does an excellent job in cab noise control. The low-noise operating environment reduces operator fatigue.
The equipment management and monitoring system can effectively manage machine oil. The replacement time of oil filter element and hydraulic oil filter element is longer. The standard equipment is a fuel pre-filter element with oil-water separation function.
